We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once you receive your RMA number and instructions, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number inside the package.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we approve it.
- How You’ll Get Your Refund: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you, including a prepaid shipping label for your return.
