Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Once you receive your RMA number and instructions, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA and order number inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions:

    We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process the refund after approval. Your bank or payment processor may then take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will sincerely apologize for the error and gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you, including a prepaid shipping label for your return.
